We are looking for a personality who wants to bring experience in Process Engineering from a medical technology company and actively shape the further development of modern production processes.
Your tasks:
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Process Engineering team
- Responsibility for stable, high-performance, and sustainably controlled production processes
- Development and implementation of a future-proof validation strategy
- Planning, execution, and documentation of process and equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Ensuring the permanently validated state of all production processes
- Management of technical changes within the framework of the Change Control process
- Continuous optimization of existing manufacturing processes
- Accompanying the industrialization of new products and production processes
- Responsibility for process transfers into series production
Your profile:
- Successfully completed technical or scientific studies
- Several years of leadership experience in Process Engineering within a manufacturing company
- Very good knowledge of the requirements according to ISO 13485
- Several years of practical experience with equipment and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Experience in a cleanroom environment and with highly automated production systems
- Knowledge in Change Management as well as in continuous process improvement
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
- Good English skills for international cooperation
- Experience within medical technology or a comparably strongly regulated production environment
