Task Profile:

• Ensuring and further developing the insurance coverage of the entire trans-o-flex Group, as well as continuous review and demand-oriented optimization of the existing insurance and coverage concept
• Management and processing of claims, including the coordination of all associated processes
• Professional communication and negotiation with insurers, insurance brokers, lawyers, customers, and other external partners
• Examination of customer contracts regarding insurance and transport law issues, as well as assessment of resulting liability and insurance risks
• Functional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of employees in the area of claims management/claims revision

Requirement Profile:

• Several years of professional experience in insurance and claims management, ideally in a logistics, transport, or comparable company
• Completed commercial training, ideally in the insurance sector, or a comparable degree in business or law
• Sound knowledge of insurance and transport law as well as a good understanding of liability and risk issues
• Experience in functional and disciplinary leadership as well as enjoyment in the development of employees
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, confident appearance, as well as decision-making and assertiveness
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 and claims management systems is an advantage
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
