Your tasks:

• Consulting and sales, offers, booking, ordering, confirmation and invoicing, travel documents, after-sales service for customers traveling to Latin America, USA/Canada, Antarctica, river cruises and ocean cruises

Your profile:

• Completed training in the tourism or commercial sector is an advantage
• English language skills are required
• Spanish and Portuguese skills are an advantage
• MS-Office skills as well as knowledge of reservation systems (preferably Sabre) are desired
• Stays in Latin America or USA/Canada are an advantage
• Customer orientation and enjoyment of product design and sales are expected
