Head of Technical Service & Product Management – Cosmetics (m/f/d) (Engineer - Chemical Engineering)

For our client, a well-known chemical company, we are looking for you through personnel recruitment.

Your Tasks

• Leading the global Technical Service for Cosmetics Applications
• Monitoring and analyzing market and industry trends as well as deriving strategic measures for the successful positioning and marketing of our products
• Definition of new development projects, evaluation of product innovations, and steering the further development of the product portfolio
• Establishment and further development of pricing strategies as well as definition of price bands for the entire Cosmetics product portfolio

Your Profile

• Successfully completed university degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Materials Science or a comparable scientific discipline
• Alternatively, several years of experience in technical service/marketing or sales of a raw material supplier for the Cosmetics industry or a manufacturer of Cosmetics products - preferably in the area of Colour Cosmetics
• Experience in the disciplinary and functional leadership of employees
• Knowledge in marketing and business administration
• Business fluent English skills
• Microsoft Office applications
