About the role

As a Junior Test Engineer, you will become part of an experienced team within measurement technology, component testing, and research and development (R&D).

You will have the opportunity to work with advanced testing of components related to gas turbine technology and fluid dynamics.

Together with experienced engineers and specialists, you will participate in planning, setting up, conducting, and evaluating various tests.

You will have a varied everyday life where practical work in a laboratory environment is combined with technical analysis and problem-solving.

This is an entry-level assignment where you will have the opportunity to grow into the role and gradually take on greater technical responsibility.

What will you be working with?

• Participate in the planning and execution of technical tests.
• Set up and adapt test equipment and test environments.
• Conduct measurements and collect test data.
• Analyze results together with experienced colleagues.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
• Contribute to the development of new and improved test methods.
• Collaborate with engineers within product development, manufacturing, and research.

Who are we looking for?

We are primarily looking for you who is at the beginning of your career and wants to develop within technology and testing.

You may have just completed your engineering education or have worked for a few years in the industry.

We would prefer that you have:

• A university or MSc engineering degree in mechanical engineering, energy engineering, engineering physics, or similar.
• A great technical interest and a desire to develop.
• A basic understanding of measurement technology, mechanics, or fluid mechanics.
• A practical touch and interest in problem-solving.
• Good knowledge of English.

If you have experience in laboratory work, technical testing, or data collection from studies, a thesis, or previous employment, it is meritorious.

You do not need to have several years of professional experience. We place great emphasis on your attitude, curiosity, and potential.
