Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Administration, RRHH, Organizational Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, Industrial Eng.

Desirable: Master's in RRHH, DO, Administration or Business Management

Intermediate - Advanced English

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years in Management or leadership positions.
• Verifiable experience as a generalist Human Resources lead.
• Experience leading teams.
• Experience in companies with complex operations and high personnel demand.
• Desirable experience in the food, manufacturing, or agro sector.
• Experience in strategic management and negotiation with unions.
• Excellent presentation
• Proficiency in ERP SAP, Oracle, Dynamics
• Mexican labor legislation.
• Labor relations.
• Recruitment and selection.
• Personnel administration.
• Compensations and benefits.

• Human Resources indicators and metrics.

Schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
