Job Description: We are looking for a banquet cook for our team who enjoys diverse cuisine, working with high-quality ingredients, and can prepare food that is not only tasty but also looks great on a banquet table. Your responsibilities will include the preparation of banquets, replenishing dishes, and the preparation and serving of meals.

• You are professionally trained in the field and have practical experience. Experience with preparing hotel banquets is an advantage, not a requirement.
• You are not intimidated by working in a large, modern kitchen.
• You are independent, meticulous, reliable, flexible, and have a responsible approach, as well as a sense of order and cleanliness.
• You communicate in Aj, Rj (or Nj).
• You are willing to work in hotel operations and according to shifts.

We are happy to offer you:

• a modern working environment and stable employment in a spa hotel in the center of the action,
• a main employment relationship for full-time and indefinite duration,
• work with unevenly scheduled working hours (work on weekends and holidays),
• we offer an initial gross basic salary of 29,400 Kč per month. You are entitled to all statutory supplements. After the training period, you will receive a personal evaluation increase of up to 3,500 Kč per month. We also pay extraordinary bonuses and quarterly bonuses. On average, after the training period, you will earn around 39,500 Kč net. Every year, we further increase wages in accordance with the collective agreement; - after the probationary period, you are also entitled to benefits: a contribution to old-age savings (currently 500 to 1,000 Kč per month), meals in the hotel staff canteen currently for 10 Kč per meal, the possibility of accommodation and use of spa procedures at discounted employee prices in the hotel limited to an amount of 12,000 Kč per year, free entry to Saunia Thermal Resort with a hot spring pool limited to an amount of 10,000 Kč per year, exchange recreational stays at discounted employee prices (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary), an educational program (foreign languages, increasing qualifications, expanding knowledge, work support), discounted entries to selected cultural, social, and sporting events; the possibility of parking in hotel garages at discounted prices,
• start possible immediately or by agreement.
