DUE TO EXPANSION AND GROWTH, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST:

· REQUIREMENTS ·

• Excellent presentation
• Education: High School/Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the Reception area (desirable), having worked in the Tourism, Hospitality, Restaurant sector, or customer service.
• Availability to rotate shifts
• MASTERY OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE (INDISPENSABLE)
• 70% conversational service English
• Customer Service

FUNCTIONS

1. Receive and assist the guest at the reception
2. Register guest entries according to their access method in the different control systems.
3. Know the different methods of access to the lounges
4. Inform the guest about the main services they have access to, considering the type of access used to enter.
5. Monitor guest stay times and coordinate the Re-check-in when applicable.
