Warehouse Specialist (Pathum Thani Factory)

Perform in-depth data analysis to improve operational efficiency and reduce warehouse costs. Analyze warehouse costs (OPEX, Handling Cost, OT, Pallet, Outside Service) and systematically identify cost-reduction opportunities. Prepare warehouse budgets (Budgeting & Forecasting) and track results against Actual, including analyzing causes of variances. Develop advanced Dashboards and design KPIs that support warehouse management at an organizational overview level. Verify and control the accuracy of stock data, while analyzing the causes of discrepancies. Propose and implement process improvement projects (Process Improvement / Productivity / Cost Optimization). Collaborate with relevant departments to develop systems and integrate data. Act as an assistant, mentor, and consultant to the Warehouse Analyst and Warehouse Control Tower team, providing knowledge in data analysis. Monitor the performance of each warehouse branch, analyze risks, and report to management.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Logistics, or a related field. At least 5 years of work experience. Knowledge and skills in using SAP and Microsoft Office. Ability to communicate well in English. Able to travel for work in other provinces.
