Your Mission
- Planning and organization of international line and charter transport for less-than-truckload and full-truckload (LTL/FTL).
- Ensuring optimal utilization of transport means by conducting freight purchasing and sales.
- Conducting negotiations with transport companies and customers.
- Calculation of daily rates as well as responsibility for results within your own area of responsibility.
- Proactive status control and assignment as well as monitoring of timely processing.
Your Superpowers
- Completed training as a Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen or a comparable commercial qualification in the field of transport and logistics.
- Initial professional experience in the international dispatching of groupage freight forwarding as well as in telephone customer service; ideally sound specialist knowledge in this area.
- Strong teamwork skills, service orientation, and high commitment.
- Confident and poised appearance even in stressful situations.
- Good English skills for communication with international customers.
