Your daily tasks:

• Ensuring order processing via the WMS in consultation with the team leaders
• Shipment notification to the freight forwarders
• Driver processing
• Creation of shipment documents and subsequent filing
• System-supported registration of non EUShipments
• Execution and distribution of various reports to represent the business area
• Participation in various customer calls and general customer communication

What you bring with you:

• A completed commercial vocational training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification
• Sound experience in the logistics sector desirable
• Very good knowledge of the MS-Office package, especially Excel
• Good English skills
