Your daily tasks:

• Recording, checking, and approving customer orders
• Complete and timely order processing in sales back office
• Support for national and international customers
• Independent processing of returns, complaints, bad debt, and bonus credits
• Creating export documents, invoices, and credit notes
• Coordinating customer orders
• Maintenance of customer master data

What you bring to the role:

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Several years of professional experience in sales back office, ideally in the area of Export
• Proficient use of MS Office, as well as knowledge in SAP
• Very good English and French skills, both written and spoken
