Traffic Administrator - Santa Perpetua De Moguda

At Temporing, we are selecting a Traffic Administrator for an important company in the logistics sector located in Santa Perpetua De Moguda. Functions:

Efficient management of transport routes (Import / export).

Contact and communication with carriers and suppliers to ensure compliance with delivery deadlines.

Monitoring and control of shipments and collections.

Organization of groupage and full loads.

Resolution of incidents during the logistics process, both at a documentary and operational level.

Administrative management of transport documentation: CMR, delivery notes, invoices, and route sheets.

Use of IT tools and ERP systems for the monitoring and control of operations.

Active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the transport and logistics field.

English level B2 is essential.

Advanced handling of IT tools (Excel, email, logistics ERPs, etc.)

Experience in load boards (transnet, etc.) and/or experience in freight forwarding companies will be valued.

Specialized training in transport and logistics is valuable.

Capacity for organization, communication, and teamwork.

Availability for immediate start.

A decisive, proactive person with high attention to detail.

Own vehicle to reach the facilities.

We offer:

Direct permanent contract with the company.

Stable position with projection.

Full-time from Monday to Friday in the schedule: from 9:00h to 18:00h (flexible).

Salary 26,000 gross per year.
