ARC Manager (M/F)

TempoPHARMA is looking for an ARC Manager (M/F) to support the operational management of a clinical study within one of its client sites.

You will be responsible for a team of CRAs and will play a central role in coordinating their activities, monitoring quality, and ensuring compliance with protocol requirements.

Your missions

You will operate on both a managerial and operational level:

• Team Management: supervising and supporting a team of CRAs, organizing their activities, and monitoring their workload;
• Operational Management: monitoring study progress and indicators, and identifying potential points of vigilance;
• Protocol Referent: acting as the primary point of contact for CRAs on protocol-related questions;
• Monitoring Quality: reviewing monitoring reports, following up on actions, and supporting CRAs in resolving encountered issues;
• Coordination: interacting with the various stakeholders involved in the study to ensure smooth information flow and effective activity monitoring.

• Higher scientific education (Pharmacy, Master 2 or equivalent)
• You have proven experience in clinical research and monitoring, specifically on oncology studies
• You must demonstrate concrete experience in CRA management: supervision, activity organization, workload monitoring, and employee support
• Professional English is indispensable.
