Export Clerk with Customs Knowledge (m/f/d)

Location: Aalen Employment type(s): Full-time

For our renowned customer in the field of logistics and foreign trade, we are looking for immediate reinforcement as an Export Clerk with Customs Knowledge (m/f/d) in Aalen.

Your tasks:

• Processing and coordination of international shipping orders in compliance with country-specific customs regulations
• Creation of export documents and customs papers (e.g., customs declarations, certificates of origin) in accordance with legal requirements
• Ensuring compliance with all customs- and export-relevant regulations and guidelines
• Communication and coordination with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and other external partners
• Maintenance of export data as well as the checking and processing of orders
• Support in the optimization of export processes and ensuring smooth export processing

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the field of export or foreign trade
• Professional experience in export processing as well as sound customs knowledge
• Experience in using customs software (e.g., ATLAS) and MS Office
• Good English skills in speaking and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Structured, independent, and conscientious way of working
• Teamwork skills and strong communication skills
