Export Clerk (m/f/d) with Customs Knowledge in Sinsheim
Location: Sinsheim Employment type(s): Full-time
For our renowned client in the field of logistics and foreign trade, we are looking for immediate reinforcement as an Export Clerk with customs knowledge (m/f/d) in the Sinsheim area.

Your tasks:
- Processing and coordination of international shipping orders in compliance with country-specific customs regulations
- Creation of export documents and customs papers (e.g., customs declarations, certificates of origin) in accordance with legal requirements
- Ensuring compliance with all customs and export-relevant regulations and guidelines
- Communication and coordination with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and other external partners
- Maintenance of export data as well as the checking and processing of orders
- Support in optimizing export processes and ensuring smooth export processing
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the field of export or foreign trade
- Professional experience in export processing as well as sound customs knowledge
- Experience in using customs software (e.g., ATLAS) and MS Office
- Good English skills in speaking and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage
- Structured, independent, and conscientious way of working
- Teamwork skills and strong communication skills
