Site Coordinator

What does the job entail? As Site Coordinator, you are the central figure at the scrap yard. You bear full responsibility for the daily organization and lead a team of approximately 5 colleagues. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and actively participate in various site activities, such as assisting customers and weighing materials.

A crucial part of your function is crane work with a loose gripper. Experience with this is therefore essential. Additionally, you are responsible for the proactive follow-up of the maintenance of the machine park. You identify defects and take the necessary steps for preventive maintenance. Knowledge of or affinity with welding and oxy-fuel cutting is an important asset that you can utilize optimally in this role. We are looking for a technically minded professional who not only possesses a relevant diploma but also has an active and hands-on mentality. You are a dynamic person with proven leadership skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Customer friendliness is in your nature and you demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and organization. Safety, responsibility, order, and cleanliness are high priorities for you, and you enjoy working outdoors. Finally, you possess a basic command of French and English to be able to communicate smoothly with your colleagues.
