What does the job entail?

• Through thorough internal training, you will grow step by step from maintenance to field operator and ultimately to the control room
• The entire production process is monitored, from the supply of biomass to the final production of electricity and heat
• Technical checks, small interventions, and the monitoring of machines, pipes, pumps, valves, and other installations are part of the daily operations
• Both in the field and from the control room, you monitor the process and make adjustments where necessary to keep the installation running safely and efficiently
• In the long term, you will take enough ownership to be able to independently start up, monitor, and ensure the installation functions correctly
• A technical background or strong technical interest, for example within electromechanics, electricity, mechanics, or the process industry
• Willingness to work in an industrial, dusty, and sometimes dirty environment and to roll up your sleeves practically
• Sufficient knowledge of English to follow training and collaborate smoothly within an international team
