We stay different. You too?

A new world every week – behind this are many people at Tchibo who ensure that new products are created and transported from A to B. That is why we constantly need new creative and reliable logistics solutions and high-quality products that delight our customers. Become part of the team and help us to never stand still!

Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

  • In your role as Supply Chain Planning Coordinator (m/w/d), you will focus primarily on production planning together with your team colleagues and will be in direct contact with sales and demand planning regarding two coffee packaging systems.
  • Hand in hand with production planning, you will also manage the packaging material planning for the two packaging systems and will be the contact person for suppliers and our packaging material purchasing. You will also organize the deviation management of delayed deliveries or quality defects with the interfaces.
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for the order management of coffee items manufactured by external suppliers.
  • During relaunch activities of the packaging systems you are responsible for, you will be the contact person for marketing, print development, and the supplier to manage the transitions from old to new designs.
  • Invoice verification of all commissioned services in the SAP workflow is also part of your tasks.

Your profile: You constantly reinvent us.

  • You have a successfully completed university degree (Business Administration or Industrial Engineering) - ideally with a focus on the Supply Chain or logistics environment - or a comparable training in this field.
  • You bring existing experience with production planning of FMCG items - specifically in the food sector.
  • In particular, you are characterized by negotiation and moderation skills when dealing with a variety of interface departments with different styles and objectives.
  • You bring experience with SAP - preferably SAP APO.
  • In situations that are not always simple, we can rely on your talent for improvisation.
  • Your fluent English skills round off your profile.

Your benefits: Together we stay different.

  • Enjoy 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours, and the option for hybrid work. In addition, we offer you the freedom to work from other EU countries for up to 10 days a year.
  • Look forward to the good transport connections of our headquarters, a travel allowance for the Deutschlandticket, and the possibility of bicycle leasing.
  • Take advantage of our diverse range of training opportunities for your individual development: E-Learning (e.g., LinkedIn Learning), internal and external seminars and training.
  • You will receive an employee discount on all Tchibo items and monthly Tchibo coffee of your choice for private enjoyment.
  • Something for every taste: With a restaurant, bistro, cafeteria, and free drinks, you are well provided for. And at Christmas, there is the Tchibo Weihnachtsbraten, also vegan.
  • In our leisure center, you can keep fit in the fitness center, the swimming pool, and with sports courses.
  • We offer holiday childcare, family service offers, and partly company-owned Kita places – so that you can balance professional and private life well.
  • Through our Corporate Benefits, you can purchase all kinds of products and services more cheaply.
