Aeronautical Technical Support Part 21 M/F (M/F)

To support the growth and challenges of the group, TARMAC Aerosave is looking for a:

Aeronautical Technical Support M/F, in CDI

As part of the development of our PART 21 aeronautical activities for a major aeronautical client, you will intervene in support of operational teams at the following sites: Cugnaux (31), St Martin du Touch (31) and JL Lagardère (31).

Reporting to the Operational Leader, you will support teams in the analysis, understanding, and processing of technical subjects, in connection with applicable documentation, client requirements, and internal or external technical interlocutors.

Your future challenges during your boarding with us:

• Support operational teams: analyze difficulties encountered in the field, provide support to Team Leaders and mechanics in the use and interpretation of task cards, AMM, IPC, SRM, Work Orders and client instructions, and prepare the work cards necessary for activities.
• Coordinate the processing of technical subjects: ensure the follow-up of technical subjects, direct deviations and non-conformities to the relevant interlocutors, and ensure the link with customer support, engineering, quality, and operations.
• Secure the smooth running of activities: guarantee the reliability of technical and documentary information transmitted to teams and alert in case of difficulty or risk to the schedule.
• Contribute to continuous improvement: identify recurring difficulties, propose suitable solutions, and contribute to the improvement of working methods as well as coordination between field teams and support functions.

Crew expectations:

Coming from a technical or aeronautical training at Bac to Bac+3 level, you have an initial experience in an aeronautical environment.

Experience in support/technical office, Airbus environment, PART 21 or PART 145 is a plus.

Comfortable with technical documentation, especially in English, you know how to search for, understand, and transmit the necessary information.

You master common IT tools and are able to use the internal or client tools necessary for the documentary and operational follow-up of activities.

Curious, rigorous, reactive, and solution-oriented, you know how to work in a team, manage priorities, and demonstrate method when facing technical problems.
