ERP Data Engineer M/F, in CDI at our site in Azereix (65)
Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, the ERP Data Engineer guarantees the quality, consistency, and availability of ERP data to support operational activities. He/she manages the functional evolutions of the ERP, ensures data governance, and contributes to the continuous improvement of the company's information system.
Your future challenges during your onboarding with us:
- Guarantee the quality and reliability of ERP data: Ensure the updating, configuration, and compliance of ERP data to guarantee its reliability and usability by the different business units.
- Ensure support and coordination with users and suppliers: Support employees in resolving incidents, manage ticket tracking, and act as the interface with suppliers and IT consultants for the processing of support and evolution requests.
- Drive the evolution and continuous improvement of the information system: Identify improvement needs, propose evolutions for the ERP, participate in data migration projects, and contribute to the continuous optimization of processes.
- Develop management tools and administer the ERP: Design reporting and dashboards (Power BI), administer user access rights, and ensure the overall proper functioning of the ERP.
- Quality, Safety, and continuous improvement: Respect HSE rules, use protective equipment, apply SMS (Safety Management System) rules, promote workplace safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement process.
Crew expectations:
With a Master's degree (Bac +5) in information systems, computer science, or data, you have significant experience of at least 3 to 5 years in the management, administration, or development of an ERP within an industrial environment. You master the principles of data governance and quality, relational databases, and the SQL language. You are comfortable with business intelligence reporting tools and business needs analysis. Knowledge of industrial processes as well as experience in project management will be particularly appreciated. Autonomous, rigorous, and reactive, you are able to analyze and resolve technical incidents while providing high-quality support to users. Good interpersonal skills and a sense of service will be essential to succeed in this position. Proficiency in English is required and Spanish is an asset.
