Recruitment Officer M/F

To support the growth and challenges of the group, TARMAC Aerosave is looking for a:

Recruitment Officer M/F, on a 6-month renewable CDD.

Reporting to the Group HRD, you will intervene in part of the recruitment process for our site in Teruel, Spain.

Your future challenges during your onboarding with us:

• Ensure the management of part of the recruitments for the Teruel site in Spain
• Write, update, and publish job offers on our ATS
• Perform candidate screening, select, and evaluate candidates through telephone pre-qualifications or face-to-face meetings in collaboration with the relevant managers
• Perform effective sourcing via the various available channels
• Ensure high-quality reporting of your activity
• Be proactive in the deployment of tools and working methods related to the activity
• Participate in the development of the employer brand through internal and external communication actions

The crew's expectations:

Coming from a training background of at least Bac +3, you have a successful first experience in recruitment.

Mastery of English is indispensable in order to conduct interviews with international candidates. An intermediate level in Spanish would also be an asset.

You are mobile between France and Spain (2 weeks/month).

You master IT tools.

You are autonomous, you enjoy teamwork, possess good communication skills, and a sense of customer service.
