Your Tasks

• You will undertake comprehensive legal advice for TARGO Deutschland GmbH and its subsidiaries in multi-layered issues with a focus on Factoring & Receivables Financing

- Düsseldorf headquarters or the Corporate Finance location Frankfurt/Mainz can be considered as places of work

- Content priorities lie in transaction support for Factoring & Receivables Financing. The latter also includes the special field of Football Finance

- Interfaces exist with banking and banking supervisory law, insolvency law, as well as general civil and corporate law

- Specific advice is provided to committees and business divisions, also regarding strategic questions of business development and product development in the evolutionary path of a universal bank

- Responsible and independent conduct of negotiations (both externally and internally) as well as legal and procedural support for medium and large national and international financing transactions, training measures for our employees, and special projects round off the area of activity

- You will work in a networked manner in a team with other experienced colleagues, both from the legal department organized in specialist groups as well as from other specialist departments of the bank and external law firms. - You are part of the legal risk management and manage out-of-court and court disputes as well as complaint and supervisory proceedings

Your Profile

• Relevant professional experience in the mentioned transaction and legal fields, preferably acquired in a law firm or the legal department of a financial institution
• Completed legal training, ideally with a corresponding specialization and at least one distinction in the state examination

- Solution-oriented team player, values collegiality and efficient action

- Enjoyment in shaping and showing initiative, persuasiveness, and decisiveness in the process

- Perspective and understanding of economic contexts

- Ability to convey even complex legal facts clearly and appropriately to the target group, and enjoyment in passing on this knowledge

- Strong sense in recognizing, classifying, and minimizing legal risks

- Business fluent in English / French language skills are very welcome, but not a requirement
