Accounting Manager M/F

We are looking for our client, a large-scale international industrial group, for an Accounting Manager (M/F) under a CDI contract in the 94 department. Reporting to the Finance Department, you will play a key role in the reliability of the accounts and the production of the group's financial reporting, in a demanding international environment.

You will act as a technical and managerial referent within the accounting team and actively participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes.

As an Accounting Manager, you will specifically intervene on the following topics:

1 Accounting supervision

• Supervise monthly and annual closings
• Guarantee the reliability of accounts and compliance with accounting standards
• Supervise the preparation of tax returns and tax declarations (TVA, CVAE, etc.)

1. Reporting and consolidation

• Participate in the consolidation of the group's accounts
• Produce financial reporting for management
• Apply the group's financial procedures and standards

1. Analysis and management

• Analyze the main expense and revenue items
• Contribute to the budgeting process and financial forecasting
• Participate in the improvement of accounting and internal control processes

1. Audit and compliance

-Ensure the link with external auditors and statutory auditors -Guarantee the compliance of accounting practices

1. Management

• Supervise and support an accounting team
• Participate in skill development and the structuring of the department

Holding at least a DCG or DSCG, you have at least 6 to 8 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally acquired in an audit or accounting firm (type Big4), and then within an international group environment.

You possess solid skills in general accounting, the preparation of tax returns, and French GAAP standards, as well as a good understanding of the challenges related to group consolidation and reporting environments.

You are comfortable with accounting IT tools, notably SAP, the mastery of which is indispensable for this position.

Operating in an international environment, you have fluent English, which is indispensable for interacting with financial interlocutors based abroad and participating in exchanges with the group's finance department.

Dynamic and involved, you know how to demonstrate rigor, initiative, and pedagogy in order to support your team and guarantee the reliability of financial information.

Remuneration: 70,000 EUR to 80,000 EUR gross annual depending on profile
