- ensuring the quality of manufacturing processes and overseeing their stability
- analyzing causes of non-conformities in production and proposing corrective actions
- participating in the implementation and optimization of manufacturing processes from a quality perspective
- collaborating with production, technology, and other departments on quality improvement
- monitoring and evaluating quality indicators (KPI) in production
- participating in internal audits and process controls
- supporting the resolution of complaints from the perspective of the manufacturing process
- participating in continuous improvement
Requirements
- min. secondary education
- experience in a manufacturing environment and a similar position
- English or German at a communicative level
- active driver
