Talan – Graduate Intern Consultant – Energy & Industry (M/F)

As an intern, you will support experienced consultants on strategic missions for key players in energy and industry. A concrete and educational learning ground Your missions: Participate in transformation projects: contribute to initiatives related to digitalization, innovation, and process improvement.

Analyze and optimize processes: help identify ways to improve performance (production, logistics, asset management…).

Improve customer experience: support actions to simplify journeys and develop digital services.

Contribute to reducing project timelines: participate in reflections to accelerate the time-to-market of offerings.

Support sustainable initiatives: work on topics related to decarbonization and energy performance.

Internally: Participate in the preparation of tenders.

Contribute to monitoring and the development of expertise (supply chain, customer relations, energy transition).

Take part in actions to strengthen the firm's visibility (events, content, etc.).

Profile sought 🕵️‍ This position is for you if: You are a student from a top business or engineering school.

You are looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship starting in January 2027.

You wish to invest yourself in the issues of the Energy & Industry sector (decarbonization, Industrie 4.0).

You are humble, have excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong team spirit.

You are a good listener and comfortable in English.
