Our 150 EPM Experts intervene worldwide on the implementation of Finance function transformation projects: Enterprise Performance Management (from budgeting to financial analysis), Finance Technology & Innovation (taking advantage of innovations in robotics, IA, or new technologies...), and Business & IT Consulting (from business support to tool selection). We also offer Consulting & AMOA support to business departments through strategy, project management, consulting and technological expertise, change management, and interim management. Your role as Manager / Senior Manager EPM (Pigment - Anaplan - Board...): A key player in performance within Talan, you intervene in various technological ecosystems (Pigment, Anaplan, Board, Oracle EPM, Jedox, TM1). Your missions are divided into three pillars: Multi-solution project management: Lead the deployment of EPM solutions (Anaplan, Pigment, Board, Oracle, etc.) to optimize Finance, Supply Chain, and HR processes.
Complex architecture design: Develop agile and scalable planning models meeting the specific business challenges of our clients.
Scoping and business expertise: Collaborate with functional departments to translate their needs into coherent technological roadmaps.
Governance and Quality: Guarantee the alignment of developments with the best practices of each vendor and Talan's architectural standards.
Audit and Optimization: Analyze existing models to improve technical performance and functional relevance.
Data management: Supervise integration flows and validation protocols to secure decision-making reporting.
Sprint management: Ensure the planning, estimation, and delivery of project phases using Agile methodologies or the "Anaplan Way".
Supervise integration: Manage the data chain, from source to reporting, to ensure the integrity and reliability of decision-making models.
Change management: Design training programs and facilitate the adoption of new tools by end users.
Team management: Supervise and develop the skills of consultants (Model Builders, Solution Architects) across different EPM environments.
Business development: Actively contribute to the growth of the BU through pre-sales, project sizing, and responding to tenders.
Sales support: Evaluate costs and risks during scoping phases to secure future contractual commitments.
Offer structuring: Participate in the creation of "use cases" and methodological assets to strengthen the BU's visibility.
Community animation: Organize feedback sessions (REX) and knowledge-sharing sessions on various tools.
Vendor Partnerships: Be the primary contact for partners (Pigment, Anaplan, etc.) and promote Talan's expertise within the ecosystem.
Technological Watch: Anticipate platform evolutions (Pigment, Anaplan news, etc.) to propose innovative solutions.

The profile we are looking for for the position of Manager / Senior Manager EPM (Pigment - Anaplan - Board): Global experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in EPM, including significant experience in a consulting firm.
Leadership: Approximately 8 years in a Manager position with direct responsibility for teams of consultants or architects.
Education: Higher degree (Master's level) with a specialization in Finance, IS, Supply Chain, or Sustainability.
Dual competence: Mastery of performance management concepts combined with a strong culture of information systems.
Multi-technical expertise: Proven experience in at least two leading market tools (Anaplan mandatory + Pigment, Board, Oracle, etc.).
Certifications: Holder of advanced certifications (e.g., Master Anaplanner, Solution Architect, or equivalent on other solutions).
Methodology: Mastery of Agile methods (Scrum) and the specificities of EPM deployment (Anaplan Way).
Project management: Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation projects, ideally in an international context.
Analytical capacity: Ability to simplify complex business processes to translate them into efficient technical models.
Communication: Excellent writing and oral skills to interact with high-level stakeholders (C-Level).
Languages: Fluent professional English to intervene in global environments.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, sense of teamwork, and ability to be proactive when facing complex issues.
Interpersonal skills: Natural ease in building relationships, listening, and convincing in transformation contexts.
