The EPM division:
Our 150 EPM Experts intervene worldwide on the implementation of Finance function transformation projects: Enterprise Performance Management (from budgeting to financial analysis), Finance Technology & Innovation (taking advantage of innovations in robotics, IA, or new technologies...), and Business & IT Consulting (from business support to tool selection). We also offer Consulting & AMOA support to business departments through strategy, project management, consulting and technological expertise, change management, and interim management. Our business use cases are varied: Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, & Supply Chain, combined with our technical expertise in Anaplan, Board, Pigment, Oracle EPM Cloud, Jedox & TM1 Planning Analytics. Your role as "Consultant Senior Oracle EPM Cloud / PBCS" on our projects: Within a project team, your main missions are: Management of TMA, Oracle Essbase / EPM Cloud / PBCS applications with satellite tools such as Shuttle. Solution configuration, support for testing and operational monitoring, and change management support. Participation in very active RUN phases with evolutions. Implementation of a good project methodology, with proper monitoring and written deliverables to facilitate tracking and knowledge transfer. Depending on your seniority and expertise, your mission may include a "EPM Project Management" component and "Management of a Project Team at the client site." The profile we are looking for for the position of Consultant Senior Oracle EPM Cloud: You have a higher education background with a specialization in Finance / Management Control / Information and Decision Systems / Logistics / Sustainability. You have completed significant long-term EPM projects on Oracle EPM Cloud. You are comfortable with performance management and planning concepts for Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, HR, or CSR functions. You have developed real expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud and are comfortable with these phases: Functional and technical administration of Hyperion Essbase/Planning applications; Management of change requests and development for all new requirements; User assistance; Support for ODI integration between EPM systems and transactional tools; Development of Hyperion rules and scripts; Responsible for the development and improvement of all aspects of reporting; Identification and development of improvements based on process and system performance.
