Your mission: support the transformation of maintenance processes with SAP PM In a dynamic environment, you will intervene across the entire lifecycle of SAP PM projects, from scoping and business needs analysis to deployment, support, and continuous improvement of solutions. You will support our clients in optimizing their preventive, corrective, and curative maintenance processes, as well as in the management of equipment, technical objects, notifications, maintenance orders, and maintenance plans. You will be a key player in the digital transformation of maintenance activities and contribute to improving asset availability, operational performance, and data quality. Within our teams, you will lead design workshops, write functional specifications, configure the SAP PM solution, prepare and execute tests, support data migration, and train users. You may also participate in system maintenance and evolutions on the PM side. You may also contribute to migration projects to SAP S/4HANA and the integration of mobile solutions, IoT, or artificial intelligence dedicated to maintenance. Equipped with an AI research center, Talan is developing several AI tools to assist our consultants in their missions. This commitment resulted in an award at the Hack2Build SAP 2026. #Talan #LI-VS2
We are looking for a consultant with at least 4 years of experience in SAP PM, acquired through implementation, deployment, migration, or application maintenance projects. You master the main maintenance processes, the structuring of technical objects, the management of notifications and orders, intervention planning, maintenance plans, and cost monitoring. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and integrations with MM, CO, PS, or EWM modules is an asset. You know how to analyze business needs, propose suitable solutions, lead workshops, and produce high-quality functional documentation. Your sense of service, autonomy, rigor, team spirit, and communication skills allow you to evolve effectively in various client contexts. Proficiency in English is required, and occasional travel, including abroad, may be expected.
