Your missions Your role will consist of supporting the human aspect of the digital transformation of our large account clients. You will intervene during the deployment plan, at all stages of the change management process, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and by designing a user support approach: Existing state study: Conduct scoping workshops to understand the functioning of an organization and its business lines Strategy and scoping: Collect, translate, and challenge client needs. Solution definition: Participate in the definition and monitoring of a communication and support plan for the deployment of digital tools. Project management: Provide functional expertise during the testing and deployment phases, contribute to steering bodies, and validate functional deliverables. Change management: Create communication and educational materials (e.g., e-learning modules, guides, videos) and lead interactive training or coaching sessions. Internal investment: Actively participate in the life of the agency (meetings, business development, development of offers, capitalization).
Examples of projects from the Change Management pole: Deployment of Office 365 in an international context (Agricultural cooperative of 10,000 employees) Implementation of a Digital Workplace type intranet in an international context for a pharmaceutical laboratory of 3,500 employees.
Profile sought: Holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5), with experience in consulting, and with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital/IT change management, you have a passion for technologies and their impact in the professional environment. Your skills: Analysis and identification of needs, facilitation of workshops Design and facilitation of training Creation of communication materials Application of Agile, ADKAR, and iterative methodologies Advanced use of Microsoft 365 collaborative tools A Prosci certification is a plus Excellent command of English
