As part of the development of our Healthcare (Healthcare/Life Sciences) activity, we are looking for an Experienced / Senior Consultant to support our clients (pharmaceutical laboratories, biotech, medtech, healthcare establishments) in their transformation projects. 🚀 Your missions: Depending on your experience, you will work on all or part of the following topics: Transformation & organization Strategic scoping of transformation projects (digital, organizational, regulatory)
Definition of target operating models (TOM)
Optimization of business processes (R&D, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, supply, commercial, patient journey)
Project management & AMOA Management of complex projects (PMO, governance, budget and schedule monitoring)
Gathering and formalizing business requirements
Writing specifications and supporting the choice of solutions (CRM, ERP, clinical tools…)
Coordination of business and IT stakeholders
Digital transformation & data Deployment of digital solutions (CRM, data platforms, omnichannel tools, IA…)
Structuring and leveraging data (patient, product, clinical trials, commercial performance)
Contribution to innovative projects (IA in healthcare, digitalized patient journey, real-world data…)
Structuring data and IA use cases (predictive, optimization, quality of care) and participating in the industrialization of models
Change management Developing change management strategies
Facilitating workshops and training users
Deployment and adoption of new tools and processes

🎯 Profile sought: Graduate of a major engineering school, business school, or university (Master's degree), a double degree is a plus
Minimum 3 years of experience in a consulting firm or in a healthcare / life sciences environment
Significant experience in transformation projects (organization, IS, data, or regulatory) and in project management
💡 Expected skills: Good knowledge of the challenges in the healthcare sector (pharma, biotech, medtech, hospital, or health insurance)
Mastery of project methodologies (Agile, V-model, PMO…)
Ability to interact with business and IT stakeholders
Excellent analytical, structuring, and communication skills
Professional English required
