The Talan Hauts-de-France agency today counts a hundred passionate collaborators who embody the fundamental values of proximity, agility, and collaboration. Our teams accompany local companies in their major transformation projects and wish to strengthen themselves by recruiting a senior organization project manager on a CDI contract who will be responsible for the following: Accompanying territorial business departments in expressing needs Challenging solution choices Performing impact studies Taking charge of project scoping Writing and then validating the specifications (cahier des charges) Writing general specifications, the acceptance test plan, and test cases Defining the deployment plan, accompanying the deployment, verifying the correct use of the deployed solution, and proposing action plans if necessary Organizing change management Creating a relationship of trust with project teams
Your assets: With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have at least 6 years of experience in project management Your level of autonomy allows you to ensure decision-making regarding the execution of the projects entrusted to you, pilot performance indicators, and take the necessary measures for the success of your project and/or alert in case of difficulty You are capable of producing clear summaries and popularizing technical aspects You possess a sense of respect for commitments and service Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate rigor and professionalism You have a professional level of English allowing you to intervene on international projects.
