Talan's QHSE/CSR Team pilots the deployment of the Group's Integrated Management System (IMS), according to ISO 14001:2026 and ISO 45001:2018 standards, across all French and international sites (Paris, Lille, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Luxembourg...). As part of the reinforcement of this approach and its inclusion in the Group's CSR trajectory (ISO 26000 standard), we are looking for an apprentice OR an intern to support the operational deployment of the IMS and contribute to environmental analysis and extra-financial reporting work. 🎯 Your missions Integrated Management System (ISO 14001) Participate in multi-site internal audits (preparation, execution, writing of findings and action plans).

Contribute to the update of audit grids and the monitoring of regulatory compliance by site.

Assist in the deployment and monitoring of corrective action plans resulting from audits (major NC, minor NC, sensitive points).

Carbon footprint and environmental performance Participate in the collection of data necessary for the carbon footprint (energy consumption, travel, waste flows, purchases).

Contribute to the analysis of results and the identification of emission reduction levers.

Ensure the monitoring of environmental indicators (water/electricity consumption, waste, carbon footprint) on the sites within the scope.

CSR Approach (ISO 26000) Contribute to the mapping of issues and stakeholders in a logic of social responsibility (governance, environment, relations and working conditions, integrity of practices).

Participate in the structuring and updating of CSR documentation (policies, action plans, reporting).

Support environmental and social regulatory monitoring applicable to the Group's sites.

Cross-functional support Participate in raising employee awareness of environmental and safety issues (materials, training).

Contribute to the preparation of management reviews and follow-up meetings with site interlocutors (Facility, HR, Management).
