Your tasks:
- Entering orders and forecasts into our CRM system
- Supporting the responsible Key Account Manager in processing customer inquiries regarding quality, pricing, technical questions, as well as in monthly and annual sales planning
- Taking measures to ensure timely delivery to the customer
- Confirming and issuing deliveries to the customer
- Handling daily delivery correspondence and inventory inquiries, as well as taking immediate measures in the event of a production stop
- Supporting the manager and other departments on customer-related projects
- Carrying out tests for customer-related projects and providing the best customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Your profile:
- Ideally a completed commercial vocational training
- At least 3 years of practical experience
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Proficient in using common computer applications (MS-Office, ideally initial experience with SAP)
- Customer-oriented and cost-conscious way of working
- Analytical mindset and very good understanding of numbers
