Main responsibilities:
- Manage and keep updated legal documentation, permits, records, and files related to SSO.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Risk Prevention Management Program, policies, procedures, and risk matrices.
- Coordinate the documentation required for inspections, audits, and MTPS requirements.
- Perform inspections in offices, solar plants, and projects, identifying unsafe conditions and acts.
- Supervise compliance with safety standards by employees, contractors, and providers.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, implementing preventive and corrective actions.
- Coordinate inductions, training, drills, and prevention campaigns.
- Administer the functioning of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee and follow up on its agreements.

- Develop SSO management indicators and reports and provide advisory to the different areas of the organization.
