With your contribution as Head of Business Line SynTiso (m/f/d), you will contribute significantly to the success of our company: You bear overall responsibility for the operational and strategic performance of SynTiso and drive profitable growth by closely aligning R&D, Order Fulfillment Process, Business Development, Lifecycle Solutions, and Controlling, as well as ensuring fast decision-making processes and milestone-based reporting to management. In doing so, you are responsible for full P&L management, including budget and forecast management. In close coordination with the Management Board, you define and implement the business strategy and ensure its consistent execution. You lead and coach the heads (m/f/d) of the specialist departments of the SynTiso Business Line and ensure clear responsibilities. In addition, you prioritize resources, remove obstacles, and enable fast, well-founded decisions. As part of active stakeholder management, you manage cooperation with management, customers, partners, and suppliers. You establish milestone-based reporting as well as stringent KPI governance. Furthermore, you increase organizational productivity, promote lean processes, and sustainably anchor continuous improvement within the company.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business administration, engineering, or a comparable discipline. With more than 8 years of professional experience in leadership roles including P&L responsibility, you bring sound management expertise; ideally, you have been able to gain this in the pharma or mechanical engineering industry. Furthermore, you have a proven track record in scaling organizations as well as in commercial negotiations and cross-functional leadership of teams. You communicate fluently in English and ideally have very good German skills. Strong motivation and persuasiveness, communication strength, as well as empathy are essential characteristics of your personality. Additionally, you bring a hands-on mentality, as well as a structured and result-oriented way of working. Your profile is rounded off by leadership competence and a passion for sustainable improvement processes.
