Customer Service Technician (Electrical - electromechanical profile)

The main function is to carry out the service orders (ODS) assigned to you; these include environmental control tests in Rooms, Cabins, Equipment, and controlled environment premises, in accordance with established procedures, commissioning of equipment (intermediate knowledge of electricity / electronics), the instructions of your superior, the requirements set by the company, and according to current regulations in the pharmaceutical industry and related fields, in order to ensure the proper functioning of this equipment, thus fulfilling its commitments. The main functions are: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment (electrical, electronic, and mechanical). Develop the service orders (ODS) assigned to you, following the company's quality policy and applicable regulations. Perform Environmental Control tests in Rooms, Cabins, Equipment, and controlled environment premises, and document the results following the established standard operating procedures (Technical instructions). Execute the necessary corrective actions to achieve the objectives of the tasks assigned to you. Inform the Line Manager and the Planning managers about the evolution, incidents, and actions associated with your tasks. Correctly report all work performed using the computer tools provided for this purpose (SAP FSM & DisQ). Strictly comply with expense settlements, hour imputation, and clock-ins. Maintain the image and defend the interests of the company before customers.
Technical training or training acquired in the development of their usual profession. Related training: electromechanical technician, Laboratory Testing validation technician, laboratory operations technician. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Service departments in industrial companies and/or electronic equipment, performing validation of laboratory equipment. Commissioning of installations will be valued. Knowledge of ISO 14644 and GMP regulations is valuable. Proficiency in office tools. Spoken and written English at a medium/high level.
