Electrical-Electronic Process Technician (M/F)
Do you want to evolve at the heart of aeronautical production and act as the link between the Design Office and the production teams? Join Airbus as a Process Engineer FAL Électricité A350 and participate in the optimization of industrial processes for one of the most innovative programs in the aeronautical sector.
Your mission Within the A350 Final Assembly Line teams, you will act as a key player in the industrialization of electrical activities. Serving as a true interface between Engineering and Production, you will define, improve, and secure manufacturing processes to guarantee industrial performance and the quality of operations.
You will contribute to the creation of manufacturing sequences, work instructions, and the definition of the means necessary for production, while ensuring their continuous improvement on the ground.
Your main responsibilities
- Ensure the link between the Design Office, the Supply Chain, and Production.
- Participate in the design phases to integrate industrial constraints and needs from the early stages of projects.
- Define and optimize manufacturing processes for electrical activities.
- Develop and update manufacturing sequences, Bills of Materials (BoM), and work instructions.
- Define the needs for tooling, jigs, industrial equipment, and production means.
- Calculate operating times and manage the technical sequencing of operations.
- Drive configuration management and ensure the compliance of industrial data.
- Support production teams during initial installations and industrial transfers.
- Participate in risk analyses and FMEA/PFMEA processes.
- Address recurring issues reported by the workshops and contribute to continuous improvement actions.
Ideally, you possess:
- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience in methods, industrialization, production, or a design office.
- Experience in the aeronautical sector.
- Knowledge of aeronautical electricity, which is highly appreciated.
- Good mastery of IT tools and industrial systems, notably SAP.
- A level of technical English allowing you to work on Airbus documentation and standards.
