Aircraft Coordinator Technician M/F
Synergie is recruiting, for its client Airbus, a Principal Production Planner (All gender). Within the Louis Breguet site, you are responsible for production planning for assembly lines over a two-year horizon. Your objective is to ensure alignment between customer needs, industrial capacities, and Supply Chain constraints in order to ensure high-performance and secure production.
Integrated into a team of three people, you will work autonomously across the entire planning process and play a central role in the coordination between the different trades of the factory.
Your main responsibilities Analyze demand evolutions and the needs of internal customers (FAL, Airbus plants). Identify industrial and Supply Chain constraints in collaboration with program, production, and logistics teams. Model production flows and industrial capacities in the APC Jaguar planning tool. Simulate different production scenarios in order to build the plans most suited to operational challenges. Develop Recovery Plans in case of program drift or delays. Ensure the consistency and validation of data in SAP. Communicate key planning data to all stakeholders. Lead planning forums and routines (MPS Monthly). Produce performance indicators and associated reports. Drive continuous improvement projects related to planning tools, methods, and processes. Participate in industrialization projects and the ramp-up of Airbus programs.

At least 5 years of experience in industrial planning, scheduling, or supply chain. An excellent understanding of industrial and production processes. Experience with industrial planning tools. Good mastery of SAP. Knowledge of APC Jaguar, strongly appreciated.
