Logistics Manager M/F

Our Synergie Colomiers agency is looking for a Logistics Manager M/F for its client Airbus. This temporary mission is to be filled starting from September 14, 2026, at the Cornebarrieu site.

Your main missions will be the following:

• Drive and optimize logistics activities to guarantee flow performance in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines.
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPI) and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure coordination between operational teams, internal customers, and logistics providers.
• Ensure the application of the group's logistics processes, standards, and requirements.
• Guarantee compliance with the contractual commitments of providers and contribute to cost optimization.
• Identify operational risks, drive corrective action plans, and ensure the resolution of logistics issues.
• Participate in the evolution of logistics solutions, infrastructures, and organizations to support business needs.
• Ensure the compliance of operations with quality, safety, environment, and regulatory requirements.

• You have a higher education background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or equivalent.

• You have a successful first experience or proven experience in logistics management, flow management, or operational coordination.
• You are comfortable with data analysis and monitoring performance indicators to identify optimization levers.

• Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to collaborate with various stakeholders and unite teams around common objectives.
• Your sense of organization, analytical capacity, and problem-solving spirit allow you to manage priorities effectively.

• You enjoy dynamic environments and are proactive in a continuous improvement approach.
• You have a professional level of English allowing you to communicate in an international context.
