Finished Product Controller in Mechanics and Work (M/F)

Synergie is recruiting, for its client MECACHROME, an FAI controller/writer (M/F). Distributed across 20 production sites in Europe, North America, and North Africa, our 3,600 passionate employees contribute every day to inventing a safer and more sustainable industry. As a guarantor of our customers' satisfaction, you are their focal point in collaboration with our sites in France (4 sites) and Morocco.

You will take charge of the following missions:

-Coordinate and assemble initial samples (First Article Inspection) with the Methods department -Create the FAI report (First Article Inspection: First Piece Inspection) upon receipt of deliverables (parts, manufacturing order, etc.) -Verify the adequacy between the process sheet, the bill of materials, and customer requirements -Verify the conformity of parts with respect to the definition and analyze product/process deviations -Verify and validate the qualifications necessary to meet customer or internal requirements (special processes, management system) -Perform, and verify the conformity of quality instructions during project phases -Perform capability studies (adequacy of process/production means with requirements) -Ensure that parts are validated or currently valid with the customer -Implement the APQP application (Advanced Product Quality Planning = Methodology for managing development and industrialization projects) at suppliers within the framework of a project -Create the files accompanying the last produced parts (Last Article Inspection) in case of market loss. Coming from a Bac +3 training in quality, completed by a first experience in an equivalent position in the aeronautics sector, you master the normative requirements of the sector, cause analysis and problem-solving methods, our customers' requirements, their quality culture, and associated tools. You are rigorous in your activities and have a sense of detail and dialogue. Your dynamic personality, your sense of teamwork and transversality, as well as your interpersonal and rigorous qualities, are all assets for this position. Good level of English.
