Synergie is recruiting, for its client Airbus, a Retrofit Solutions Engineering Coordinator (All Gender). Within the Airbus Retrofit Solutions Systems (SIMY) department, you will act as a coordinator between engineering teams, design offices, and the various stakeholders involved in the development and delivery of Service Bulletins (SB) intended for the Airbus fleet in operation.
Your role is to guarantee the monitoring, coordination, and performance of engineering deliverables in terms of Quality, Cost, and Schedule (QCS), while ensuring activity visibility and managing technical escalations with the various design offices.
Your main responsibilities
Coordination of engineering activities Ensure the monitoring of engineering deliverables related to Service Bulletins and Retrofit activities. Coordinate exchanges between Support Engineering (RSE) teams and the various Airbus Design Offices. Guarantee visibility on the progress of engineering plans (DWG), technical validations, and associated activities. Monitor performance in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Operational management Lead technical meetings with internal and external teams. Participate in end-to-end steering meetings (SBRM) and represent Retrofit Solutions Engineering activities. Ensure the monitoring of technical escalations and coordinate their resolution. Identify and report risks, blockages, and issues that could impact deliveries.
Performance and continuous improvement Build and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to engineering activities and deliverables. Analyze performance data and propose areas for improvement. Participate in quality analyses, problem-solving processes, and corrective actions. Contribute to transformation projects and the improvement of internal processes. You must imperatively have:
Airbus experience. Experience in project coordination or an Engineering environment. Good knowledge of Service Bulletins and the Airbus modification management process. Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional steering. An excellent level of English allowing you to participate in steering and negotiation meetings. Excellent mastery of IT tools and strong proficiency in data exploitation.
