Swisslog is looking for a coaching Production Manager

As the corporate language is English, we assume that you have good knowledge of the English language. Swisslog is building for the future and is now looking for a coaching production manager who wants to take the lead for our assembly, testing operations, and electrical workshop in an expansive stage.
As a production manager, you are responsible for leading and developing the operations so that deliveries occur on time and with the right quality. You have personnel and work environment responsibility for approximately 40 employees, including 3 team leaders. Daily management, continuous improvements, and 5S are some of the tools you will work with in your daily life. You will also work preventatively with safety and the work environment.
As a production manager, you will become part of Swisslog's flexible and developing environment where you will have a wide network and close cooperation with project management, purchasing, design, among others. You report to Head of Operations and are part of the Operations management group. Swisslog is a global group that delivers logistics solutions for warehouses, distribution centers, and hospitals. At Swisslog Pallet Technology Center in Boxholm, we develop, produce, and deliver automated stacker cranes (Vectura), conveyors (ProMove), and shuttle systems (Powerstore) including PLC- and PC-based control systems. Together with our sister companies, we can combine and deliver various products and systems to match each individual customer's needs. We work project-oriented, which means many exciting challenges and adaptations. Currently, many customer projects are ongoing, while much is also being invested in the development of new products and solutions. The number of employees at Swisslog in Boxholm is approximately 250 people.
