We are now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for a consulting assignment at a global, technology-driven organization with operations in Ludvika and Västerås.
Here, you will have a key role where you combine strategic HR work with operational support to the business. You will become an important advisor to managers and leaders, while also having the opportunity to influence organizational development, talent supply, and change management in an international environment.
🎯Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the business leaders and act as a strategic partner in both daily and long-term HR matters.
Your main areas of responsibility:
🔹 Strategic HR Advisory: Support and coach managers in leadership, organizational issues, labor law, performance, and employee development.
🔹 Change Management: Contribute to organizational changes and development initiatives with a focus on people, culture, and the needs of the business.
🔹 Talent Management: Work with talent supply, succession planning, talent development, and strategic workforce planning.
🔹 HR Processes and Initiatives: Implement and further develop HR programs, processes, and working methods that create concrete business value.
🔹 International Collaboration: Collaborate with HR colleagues and leaders across organizational and geographical boundaries.
🔹 Projects and Improvement Work: Independently drive complex HR projects and contribute specialist expertise in strategic decisions.
💡Who are you?
We are looking for you who is a confident, business-oriented, and solution-focused HR Business Partner with the ability to build trust and create results in complex organizations.
We believe you have:
✅ Several years of qualified experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a similar senior HR role.
✅ Solid competence in strategic and operational HR work.
✅ Experience in supporting managers and management teams in complex personnel and organizational issues.
✅ Good understanding of labor law, change management, and Talent Management.
✅ Ability to independently drive projects and manage several parallel processes.
✅ Very good English in speech and writing. Swedish is a merit but not a requirement.
Extra merits include experience of:

⭐ EPC-projects (Engineering, Procurement & Construction).
⭐ HR work related to construction and civil engineering projects or large-scale project operations.
