YOUR interesting area of responsibility includes:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of the technical department including planning, pre-assembly, assembly, and commissioning

• Overall technical responsibility for planning, approvals, system standards, and execution quality

• Ensuring compliance with our technical standards and continuous improvement

• Technical coordination with sales, project management, procurement, service department, and management

• Technical support for demanding national and international projects

• Development and continuous improvement of binding checklists, planning standards, assembly, and commissioning specifications

• Support with complex offers, technical customer appointments, and project clarifications

• Participation in building a clear, structured, and scalable technical organization

• Technical leadership, support, and further development of employees in planning, pre-assembly, assembly, and commissioning

How YOU can impress us:

• Completed technical training, for example apprenticeship, Meister, Werkmeister, HTL, FH, or comparable training

• Several years of relevant professional experience in electronic security technology, especially in at least several of the areas of intrusion detection systems, video surveillance, access control, and perimeter protection

• Ability to define, maintain, and clearly enforce technical standards with others

• Sound knowledge in electrical, IT, and network technology

• Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of the economic impact of technical decisions

• Proficient English skills for supporting international customers

• Experience in the technical leadership, coordination, or further development of technical employees and teams

• Willingness for occasional national and international business trips

• Class B driver's license and a clean criminal record
