Now we are looking for a French-speaking licensed preschool teacher for our toddler department.

We are looking for you who want to work in our department for the youngest children, 1–2 years old, and be part of creating a safe, warm, and developing first period in the preschool.

Working with our youngest children is characterized by presence, care, and responsiveness. We place great importance on creating secure relationships and a predictable everyday life where every child is given the opportunity to explore their surroundings, develop their independence, and encounter new experiences at their own pace. Care, development, and learning form a whole in the children's daily lives.

The work at our preschool is based on Montessori pedagogy. We start from the child's inherent drive to learn, discover, and develop, and work to create a prepared environment that stimulates independence, curiosity, and participation. As an educator, you are present and guiding, creating the conditions for even the youngest children to develop based on their individual needs and abilities.

As a preschool teacher with us, you, together with your colleagues, have an important role in developing the teaching and creating an environment where every child is given the opportunity to grow, explore, and develop. You are responsible for planning, leading, implementing, following up on, and developing the teaching based on the preschool curriculum, Montessori pedagogy, and the children's needs, experiences, and interests.

The preschool is multilingual, and Swedish, English, and French are a natural part of the children's daily lives. For this position, we are specifically looking for you who is French-speaking and who wants to contribute actively so that the children, from an early age, get to encounter and develop the French language in a natural and joyful way in everyday life.
