Project Manager: Rail Vehicle Orders (m/f/d) (Industrial Engineer)

Area of Responsibility

• Independent processing of assigned orders while complying with cost, schedule, and quality specifications
• Planning, controlling, and executing the respective project tasks during the design, manufacturing, commissioning, and warranty phases of the vehicles
• Point of contact for the customer in all contractual, commercial, and scheduling matters
• Functional leadership of the project team within the scope of the order in close cooperation with the line management
• Ensuring the achievement of set milestones
• Conducting project meetings throughout the project duration
• Maintaining project administration

Professional Experience

• Completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Law, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Knowledge of contract law and procurement law is an advantage
• Business fluent English skills
• Willingness to travel in relation to customer support
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working, negotiation skills, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
