Who are we? SPRiNG is an innovative laundry and cleaning products brand, created in 2020 to offer a new way of consuming while reducing the impact of cleaning products on health and the environment. We are in full growth and are looking for a Supply Chain & Data Project Manager on a VIE contract to strengthen our Operations team in Barcelona.

Your role We are looking for our future Supply Chain & Data Project Manager. Your mission: to guarantee our customers the best possible level of service across all our products, by managing our operations and using data to continuously improve them. Over the course of your VIE, you will progressively take full responsibility for your scope.

Your missions

Operational and continuous improvement

  • Be responsible for the operational processes that ensure the smooth running of our supply chain
  • Co-facilitate and then take charge of the S&OP process: build sales forecasts, anticipate correct stock levels, and manage flows
  • Act as the guarantor of good relationships and performance with our logistics partners and suppliers based in Barcelona
  • Analyze our flow, stock, and cost data to identify operational and strategic optimization opportunities

Strategic analysis and project management

  • Work in tandem with our Head of Operations on operational and financial analyses
  • Build business cases, evaluate the potential and risks of each opportunity, and then manage the end-to-end implementation of selected projects

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a taste for operations and the field
  • Autonomous, proactive, positive, and resourceful
  • Desire to commit to a mission-driven company
  • Fluent English; Spanish is a real asset
  • VIE eligibility: aged between 18 and 28 and a national of the European Economic Area
