SENIOR ASSOCIATE FOR REPORTING AND DATA PROCESSING
Requirements: •professional bachelor's degree in information technology, •minimum 2 years of work experience in information technology in jobs involving installation, maintenance, management of information systems, computer servers, system analysis, and informatization of business processes, •knowledge of information technologies, •experience and skills in improving and implementing new technologies, •organizational abilities and communication skills necessary for the successful performance of this job, •knowledge of computer work, •knowledge of the English language.
Job Description: •participates in the preparation of proposals for information technology solutions that improve the implementation of procedures for the creation of the Program of Public Needs in Sport of the City of Zagreb, •participates in the integration of new information technology equipment related to the scope of his/her work, •provides assistance and support to users, •performs administration tasks for the ZG sport system, as well as support and education for users, •collaborates in the preparation of reports, information, and analyses in the field of work of the Office for Informatics, Reporting and Business Systems Development, •leads or participates in special projects assigned by the chief secretary, •prepares memos and other documents related to the work of the Office for Informatics, Reporting and Business Systems Development, •analyzes and monitors trends in his/her field of work, •participates in organizing meetings, workshops, and educations for users to achieve efficiency in the application of information technologies, •prepares drafts of responses to written complaints, objections, and requests from legal and natural persons within the scope of his/her work, •participates in the analysis of business processes of the Office for Informatics, Reporting and Business Systems Development, •participates in the analysis of data from the databases of the Sports Federation of the City of Zagreb and prepares necessary documents and reports for other organizational units and competent authorities, •participates in the creation and refinement of business-information technology solutions in accordance with legal regulations, •continuously monitors trends in this sector and proposes innovative approaches and strategies for the improvement and development of information technology systems to the Head of the Office for Informatics, Reporting and Business Systems Development, •monitors legal regulations and professional literature within the scope of his/her work, •diligently maintains documentation regarding his/her tasks, •performs other tasks entrusted by the chief secretary in the course of work, as well as those tasks placed within his/her competence and procedure by the Head of the Office for Informatics, Reporting and Business Systems Development.
