Join our sports store in Megève for a winter season in the heart of the Alps!

We are looking for a versatile employee to strengthen our team and play a central role between customer reception, the rental area, and sales.

We are a small-scale family business, committed to proximity, mutual aid, and quality of service. We are looking for a versatile person, comfortable with customers and capable of adapting to the rhythm of a ski resort.

Your missions Welcome and inform French and international customers. Create and manage ski and snowboard rental contracts. Advise customers on the different rental packages. Handle equipment returns and close contracts. Process payments for rentals and the store. Participate in the sale of textiles and sports accessories. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the spaces. During peak periods, provide support to the skimans team to facilitate equipment departures and returns. Profile sought

Above all, we are looking for a dynamic, organized, and versatile person who enjoys customer contact and knows how to maintain efficiency when the pace accelerates.

Experience in sales, reception, or rental is appreciated, but motivated beginners are also welcome.

You must be:

Comfortable with IT tools and payment processing. Capable of working effectively in a team. Reactive and organized. Comfortable with customers. Capable of holding a conversation in English.

Knowledge of skiing and the mountain environment is a plus, but not essential.

Training on our rental software and our working methods is planned upon your arrival.
